4. About New does not take credit card information by phone, email, or fax. Credit Card use must be in person to verify I.D.

8. If you wish to make a purchase at our store you must have valid I.D. and  Proof of Vehicle Insurance.
9. Information that may be collected for a purchase: Credit Card, Insurance, Bank Account Numbers, Address, Home & Work informatiion and phone numbers, SS# and Income Check Stubs, Email, Drivers License, Birth Date, Mothers Maiden Name, Mortgage or Rental information, Credit Score and File.
10. Credit Information will be shared with Banks, Credit Union's, and other Financial Companies to obtain a vehicle loan.
11. You may correct your information by contacting Jeff Boatwright if you have submitted an error.
12. Any changes in our policy will be noted on this page in order by date.
13. You may opt out of any future contacts from us at any time by contacting us via email or phone number on website.
14. We will use your information to respond to you, regarding the reason for contacting us.
